海苔豆腐素魚 Seaweed tofu fish

材料
1 三張海苔
2 一塊中豆腐
3 二張1/4 新鮮腐皮

作法
1 壓碎豆腐成泥加少許鹽及白胡椒
2 加一張撕碎的海苔拌勻
3 取一張腐皮上面放一張海苔
4 將豆腐泥排成長條形,捲起以麵糊封口
5 蒸10 分鐘,再用油煎黃後切片

Material
1. 3 sheets of seaweed
2. 1 medium firm tofu
3. Two pieces of 1/4 size sheet of fresh bean curd sheets

Method
1. Mash the tofu in a bowl and mix with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Take one sheet of seaweed and  tear into small pieces. Then add into the tofu mixture.
3. Lay the fresh bean curd at the bottom and top with one sheet of seaweed.
4. Put the tofu mixture on one side then wrap them and seal with flour paste(flour mixed with water)
5.After water boiled then steam for ten minutes;wait until cool down then slice and serve.
