素臘腸 Veggie Sausage

素臘腸:
 
材料:
1.6 條麵腸
2.1 瓶紅麴醬
3.1顆刈4薯
4. 2張新鮮腐皮

作法
>1. 6條麵腸切成小粒.
>2. 加一罐紅麴醬,再將1 顆刈薯切成小粒混合一起,再加少許蕃薯粉凝固餡
>3.新鮮腐皮剪成1/4 大張。 把餡捲成臘腸狀以麵糊封口再蒸熟
>4.冷卻後即可切片

ingredients:
1. six wheat glutens
2. one bottle of Anka sauce
3. one Jicama
4. two pieces of fresh bean curd sheets
Method:
1. Eight wheat glutenschopped into small pieces seasoned with one can of 
Anka sauce then added one Jicama also chopped into small pieces. Then 
added two tablespoons of potato powder mixed all the ingredints together.

2.Cut the fresh bean curd sheet into 1/4 size. Wrap the mixture into sausage 
shape then steam then for ten minutes

3.After cool down then slice it and serve

三色如意捲:    Three-color veggie rolls
 
材料: 
 
1.一盒薄河粉 
2.十張海苔     
3.十條蘆筍   
4.二條紅蘿蔔 
5.一大條竹筍 
6.美乃滋  3 大匙 
7.芥末醬  1 小匙 
 
Ingredients
 
 1. One box of fresh rice noodle sheets (thin style)
 2. 10 pieces of seaweed
 3.  10 asparagus
 4. 2 sticks of carrots
 5. 1 bamboo
 6. 3 tbsp mayonnaise
 7.  1 teaspoon  wasabi paste
 
 
做法
 
1. 紅蘿蔔, 荀子切長條與蘆筍燙熟備用
2. 將河粉皮一張攤開, 放上紫菜一張, 加上一條紅蘿蔔,
     一條荀子與一條蘆筍, 素鬆和芥末美乃滋
 3. 包捲成條後切成小段, 擺盤
 
 
Method
 
    1. Slice the carrot and bamboo into long strips.
   Put the strips into boiling water with asparagus for few minutes
   and then drain and soak in cold water
2. Take one piece of fen and top with one piece of seaweed.
3. Spread the veggie powder and wasabi mayonnaise.
4. Make it into a roll and slice it into small pieces then serve.

材料: Ingredients
 
1. 2條杏鮑菇  two king oyster mushrooms
2. 九層塔一把 one cup of basil leave
3. 橄欖油 1  one cup of olive oil
4. , 黑胡椒少許  one teaspoon of salt and black pepper
5. 核桃打成粉  半杯  ground walnut powder half cup
6. 素蠔油一湯匙  one tablespoon of mushroom oyster sauce
7. 1茶匙  one tablespoon of sugar
 
做法: Method
 
1. 將九層塔葉加材料3,4,5用果汁機打勻成泥狀成九層塔醬
     Add ingredients2, 3,4,5 together and use mixer to make basil sauce
2. 取三大湯匙九層塔醬加入材料6,7拌勻
   Three tablespoons of basil sauce mix with ingredient 6,7 evenly
3. 杏鮑菇切一寸薄片抹上調好的醬汁以小火煎熟
    Cut king oyster mushroom into one inch slice , brush them with basil flavored sauce    then  pan fried for few minute until the mushroom is cooked

材料: Ingredients
1. 蔬菜漿   一條   Vegetable paste 
2. 冷凍蔬菜丁  2   Frozen mixed vegetable two cups
3. 菜脯 1   Dried radish one package (one cup)
4. 芹菜珠 少許  Chopped celery one tablespoon
 
做法: Method
 1. 解凍蔬菜漿加一倍的水調勻
   Defrozen vegetable paste and add the same amount of water , mix evenly
 2. 炒香菜脯加少許糖 
 Stirred fried radish then add some sugars
3. 將材料 2,3,4 加入 1中拌勻
Add ingredient 2,3,4 into the vegetable paste mix together
4. 加一湯匙的料 , 用平底鍋少許油兩面煎 3分鐘直到微焦黃既可
Add one tablespoon of the mixer on the non-stick pan with few drops of cooking oil.
Pan fried both sides for 3 min until turn light brown color

百萬黃金泡菜 Kimchi

百萬黃金泡菜
 
1. 先將 一磅左右的包心菜切開後用手撕成小片, 灑鹽過夜去水
 
2. 以清水沖洗三次把過量的鹽洗去
 
3. 加入下列調味料  1/2杯日本醋
                                 1
                                 1湯匙麻油
                                 1/2杯紅蘿蔔汁讓泡菜呈金黃色
                                 1 杯芝麻醬讓泡菜滑潤的質感
 
4. 混合均勻後冷藏兩天可享用
 
 
 
Japanese style Golden Kim Chi
 
1. Take one pound of cabbage and break it into small pieces.
 
2. Next, wash and mix the cabbage with a generous amount of salt. Then leave the cabbage overnight.
 
3. Rinse the cabbage with water 3 times to remove excess salt
 
4. Add the following ingredients
   ½ cup of Japanese vinegar, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil,
   ½ cup of carrot juice to make the Kim Chi golden orange color
1 cup of sesame paste enriched  the creamy taste
 
5. Mix the drained cabbage with all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 days.

材料
1.1顆鳳梨
2.3 粒青埱
3.4碗白飯
5.2 湯匙素鬆
6.2 湯匙綜合乾果
 
做法:
 
1.將鳳梨切成小丁放入油鍋熱炒再加白飯混合炒熱
2.加入青椒丁,少許鹽及胡椒粉,薑黃粉調味
3.平鋪後表面加素鬆及乾果

2. three green bell peppers
3. four cups of cook rice
4.two tablespoons of veggie meat powder
5. two tablespoons of mixed nuts
 
Method
1. chopped the pineapple into small piece and stir fried with two tablespoons of vegetable oil
2. add the rice then stir fried them together ; add the chopped green bell peppers into the fried rice until cooked and mixed evenly
4. seasoning with salt, black pepper and curry powder
5. spread the fried rice evenly on a plate then add veggie meat powder, roasted mixed nuts on top of the fried rice
