素臘腸:
材料:
1.6 條麵腸
2.1 瓶紅麴醬
3.1顆刈4薯
4. 2張新鮮腐皮
作法
>1. 6條麵腸切成小粒.
>2. 加一罐紅麴醬,再將1 顆刈薯切成小粒混合一起,再加少許蕃薯粉凝固餡
>3.新鮮腐皮剪成1/4 大張。 把餡捲成臘腸狀以麵糊封口再蒸熟
>4.冷卻後即可切片
